This 17th-century Charming Trullo Martina Franca with pool is the epitome of chic, rural and laidback! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it offers space for up to 8 people. The Charming Trullo Martina Franca is divided into a large, old main building and two modern outbuildings that are independent of each other. The decor is comfortable and contemporary without neglecting traditional architecture and local elements.
The main building offers a kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a reception room, a bathroom with shower, a nice living room with a sofa bed (can also fit two single beds) and a nice second bathroom with a cement bathtub. Due to the thick stone walls of the trullo, air conditioning is not available and not needed.
In addition to the trullo, there are two restored outbuildings. The first offers a large living room with dining table for 6 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed) with access to the outside area, and 2 bathrooms with shower. The second outbuilding consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine.
The beautiful and partly terraced outdoor area invites you to relax, and the view extends over the surrounding landscape as far as Cisternino. In the middle of the garden, there is an 8 x 4 m (max. depth 1.70 m) private swimming pool with sun loungers, surrounded by olive groves, as well as an outdoor grill and a pizza oven.
The local area offers opportunities for wine or oil tasting at one of the Puglian masseries, as well as sports activities such as cycling, horse riding and hiking, and cooking courses for a taste of Puglian cuisine.
