The structure is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together without giving up their privacy.

This charming holiday villa with pool can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms (2 rooms for each unit).

The Lamia Murge Ostuni,consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and a small kitchen equipped with appliances, table and chairs.

Above the kitchen there is a loft with a relaxation area furnished with sofas and TV.

The dependance consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin (with beds that can be pushed together if necessary), a bathroom with shower and a corner with 4 cooking rings and sink.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.

Outside the lamia there is a large veranda with sofas and table and chairs to enjoy the coolness during the hot summer days or to enjoy cheerful dinners with family or friends.

The 11 m x 3 m swimming pool is located in the middle of the two structures (lamia and dependance) and is equipped with sun loungers and a small veranda surrounded by lawn and a well-kept green area.
