The property is located in a unique countryside setting in Ceglie Messapica.
Trulli with pool in Ceglie Messapica can accommodate up to ten people and consists of two independent  units:
The first unit with its beautiful trulli contains a living room with two comfortable sofas and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories.
A hallway furnished with armchairs and a traditional fireplace leads to the bedrooms:
A double bedroom with private bathroom and another double room with an
adjoining bathroom which also has an external entrance.
The structure has two outdoor areas that can be accessed directly from the living room:
one with a large stone table and stone seating with a traditional wood-burning stove for enjoying lovely evenings outside; the second outdoor area, which leads directly to the pool, is equipped with stone benches and another table ideal for dinner or lunch overlooking the pool.
The second unit consists of two large lamie (typical Apulian constructions) in stone: the first lamia consists of two double bedrooms that share a bathroom; both rooms have access to the outside through large French doors.
The second lamia consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with French windows.
The two properties are located close to each other and are connected by a paved path that connects the two residential complexes and leads to the beautiful swimming pool.
The private pool (12 x 6 m), surrounded by well-kept lawns and tall trees, is fenced and equipped with an entrance gate for the safety of children.
There is also a relaxation area with sun loungers, deckchairs and a table with chairs for enjoying meals in the magnificent pool area.
There are two shaded areas, one next to the pool and the other on the lawn, which provides a cool shaded area for the sun loungers, thanks to the thick creepers covering the pergola.

Extra costs (to be paid on site): Weekly charges € 250 (these include bed linen and towels with weekly change, weekly cleaning, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning). Deposit € 500 (via credit card), late check-in (for arrivals between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m.) € 50.
